Overview

The report describes Vipshop's 2023 ESG performance across climate, governance and workforce priorities. The Group reported 1,326,212.4 tons of GHG emissions, committed to carbon neutrality in its own operations by 2030 and a 50% Scope 3 intensity reduction, and had these emissions independently verified. It also reported 14,638 employees, women representing 48.3% of employees, and zero work-related employee fatalities. ESG oversight is structured through the Board, ESG Committee and ESG Task Forces.
