Overview

The report presents Virbac's first CSRD-compliant sustainability statement, a Group decarbonization roadmap and a 42% Scope 1 and 2 reduction commitment by 2030. In 2025, total market-based GHG emissions were 286,445 tCO2eq, while total energy consumption was 119,548 MWh and water consumption was 118,745 m3. The Group reported 6,442 employees and zero work-related fatalities. Sustainability oversight is assigned to the board of directors, supported by an audit committee and CSR governance structure.
