Overview

The report describes Visa's 2021 ESG performance across inclusive economic growth, customer and payments security, workforce inclusion and development, responsible operations and climate action. It reports carbon-neutral operations, 100% renewable electricity use and 4,000 metric tons of Scope 1 and 2 market-based emissions. The report also includes an independent Apex verification statement and notes that Visa's near-term targets covering Scopes 1, 2 and 3 were approved by SBTi in May 2022.
