Overview

The report describes the Group's 2011 progress on sustainable housing, including 200 homes at Code level 3 and 472 homes at Ecohomes' very good or good standard. It reports total CO2 emissions of 1,323 tonnes, electricity use of 0.9 million kWh and gas use of 0.74 million kWh. Active waste generated fell to 4.1 tonnes per plot, while minor accidents were 89 and RIDDOR reportable accidents were 12.
