Overview

The report presents Vitrolife Group's first sustainability statement prepared in accordance with CSRD and ESRS and based on a double materiality assessment. It reports SBTi-validated 2030 targets, including a 42.00% absolute Scope 1 and 2 reduction and a 51.6% Scope 3 intensity reduction. 2025 GHG emissions were 20,792 tonnes CO2e location-based and 20,719 tonnes CO2e market-based, while total energy consumption was 9,906 MWh with a 27% renewable share. The Group reports 1,151 employees and generated 510.62 tonnes of waste.
