Overview

The report presents VNET's 2024 SHIELD Sustainability System 2.0 and a double materiality assessment with Board confirmation. It reports 2,038,326.56 MWh of total energy consumption, 17.7% renewable energy and 1,640,162.45 tonnes CO2e of market-based total GHG emissions, alongside a 2030 100% renewable-energy objective. Workforce disclosures include 2,581 employees, 28% women, 35.62 average training hours per employee and zero work-related fatalities. TÜV Rheinland independently provided moderate AA1000AS v3 assurance over selected ESG metrics.
