Overview

The report describes Vocus' FY24 progress in reducing its environmental footprint, including 27,709 tCO2e of location-based Scope 1 and 2 emissions and a 13.7% year-on-year reduction. It reports 1,346 direct employees, 29% women across Vocus, and continued investment in diversity, First Nations inclusion, community partnerships and domestic and family violence support. Vocus maintained its pathway toward a Scope 1 and 2 net-zero target for 2025, while noting that the planned TPG acquisition will require climate targets to be recalculated. Selected energy and emissions metrics received limited assurance from PWC.
