Overview

The report describes Vodafone's 2008/09 corporate responsibility performance across its operating companies, with particular emphasis on climate action, responsible access to communications, environmental initiatives and workforce issues. It reports combined greenhouse gas emissions of 1.48 million tonnes CO2-equivalent, total energy use of 3,124 GWh and collection of 1.82 million handsets for reuse and recycling.
