People Planet Purpose Update

Overview

The report updates the company's People-Planet-Purpose framework with performance through 2023. It reports 83% of energy from renewable sources, 84% of the company car fleet electric or hybrid, and 98% of waste diverted from landfill. It also reports 444 people in earn-and-learn roles, representing 12% of the workforce, and increased FIR Champions to 126.
