Overview

The report presents Volksbank Wien AG's first sustainability report prepared in accordance with the GRI Standards Core option. It also serves as the company's annual UN Global Compact progress report and describes a PACTA analysis of the bank's own investment portfolio. A corporate carbon footprint was calculated for the first time in 2019, covering Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions from headquarters and retail branches.
