Overview

The report presents Vorwerk's first structured sustainability disclosure prepared with reference to CSRD and ESRS, supported by a new double materiality assessment. It reports group-wide 2025 energy and greenhouse-gas metrics, including gross Scope 3 emissions of 1,741,993 tCO2e, alongside a 25% Scope 1 and 2 reduction target for Vorwerk Home by 2030. The report also covers circular-material initiatives, employee metrics, health and safety, value-chain due diligence, and business conduct. Sustainability information received limited external assurance in accordance with ISAE 3000 (revised).
