Annual Report

Overview

The report describes VTB's first Sustainability Report, prepared in accordance with GRI G3, and gives dedicated coverage to personnel and social programmes. It reports a Group workforce of more than 40 thousand people and describes staff development and internal communication initiatives during 2009. The VTB-Countrywide program combined public financial-literacy activities, environmental protection, and employee volunteering across Russia and the CIS.
