Overview

The report presents Wabash's 2025 environmental performance, including Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions, total energy consumption, renewable-energy share and water use. It also describes a workforce of approximately 4,700 full-time employees and reports employee demographics, including women on the Board. Community activity included $468,397 in charitable support and 6,305 volunteer hours. Sustainability oversight is assigned to the Board of Directors and its Nominating, Corporate Governance and Sustainability Committee.
