Overview

The report highlights WBA's fiscal 2022 progress across climate, workforce diversity and waste. Its total carbon footprint was 1.6 million metric tonnes of CO2e, down 21.2 percent from the 2019 baseline, alongside a 30 percent absolute Scope 1 and Scope 2 reduction target for fiscal 2030. Women represented 45 percent of the board, while WBA reported 595,361 metric tonnes of waste generated and continued to expand recycling and reuse programs.
