Overview

The report presents Wallenstam's validated near-term climate targets: a 50 percent absolute reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 2030 from 2018, plus a voluntary 55 percent Scope 3 intensity target for construction by 2030 from 2019. In 2023, Scope 1 was 444 tons CO2e and Scope 2 (market-based) 3,888 tons CO2e, while total energy consumption was 121,737 MWh. Wallenstam also reports 100 percent renewable electrical energy self-sufficiency since 2013 and 18 properties certified to Miljöbyggnad Silver.
