Overview

The report covers the Group's Hong Kong and mainland China operations from 1 April 2022 to 31 March 2023 and reports 33 permanent full-time employees. It describes Board-led ESG governance with an ESG Working Group implementing policies and reporting progress to the Board. The materiality process identified 20 issues, including four classified as highly important. Environmental KPIs include 24,187 kg CO2e of Scope 1 emissions, 16,795 kg CO2e of Scope 2 emissions, 3,692 kg CO2e of Scope 3 emissions and 130 m3 of water consumption; the Group reported zero work-related fatalities.
