ESG Report

Overview

The report identifies community and green development as the Group's main sustainability priorities for 2022, including HK$50 million in green deposits and approximately HK$9.3 million in community investment. It records the establishment of a formal ESG Committee, the launch of a five-year ESG Roadmap and first participation in GRESB assessments. The Group reports 100% of employees trained, 0 work-related fatalities and 25% of its development portfolio certified as green buildings. It also commits to a 100% green-building-certified development portfolio by 2027.
