Overview

The report describes a transformative year for the company, with more than $5.6 million raised and donated across the Group. Group emissions fell 3.9% to 39,515 tonnes of CO2e, supported by reduced air travel and electricity emissions. The company also expanded environmental initiatives, including sustainable sourcing policies, a microplastics ban and recycling programmes. Health and safety reporting was strengthened through the Group-wide SafetyHub tool after the Group's first-ever fatal accident.
