Overview

The report describes the first year of the Sustainability Committee and the company’s ESG governance and TCFD reporting. For the year ending 31 March 2022, landlord-obtained energy comprised 2,637 MWh of electricity and 1,527 MWh of natural gas, with 96% of reported consumption backed by REGOs. The report records 280 t CO2e of Scope 1 and 560 t CO2e of location-based Scope 2 emissions, plus 119,272 m3 of water consumption in the EPRA table. It also highlights EPC progress, including 60% of assets rated A to C and a reduction in F- and G-rated units from 61 to 12.
