Overview

The report describes Wasion's 2025 ESG governance and double materiality assessment, including both financial and impact materiality. It reports first-time Scope 3 accounting across Categories 1, 2, 3, 5, 6 and 11, alongside 1,273 tonnes CO2e of Scope 1 and 15,018 tonnes CO2e of location-based Scope 2 emissions. The report also highlights approximately 14,000 MWh of green electricity consumption and a year-end workforce of 3,327 full-time employees.
