Overview

The report presents the 2023 sustainability management and performance of selected PRC property-development subsidiaries. It describes Board-level oversight of ESG strategy, stakeholder engagement, and a materiality assessment. Environmental KPIs include 818.88 tCO2e of Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions, 1,503,073.92 kWh of energy consumption, and 23,640.54 m3 of water consumption. The Group reports 70 employees within the reporting scope and no work-related fatalities during the period.
