Overview

The report describes Wellder's 2025 progress in sustainability certifications and benchmarking, including BREEAM Excellent ratings for its remaining assets and a third-place GRESB peer-group ranking. It reports targeted decarbonization work, including aerothermal system installations and renewable energy measures across selected assets.
