Overview

The report describes corporate sustainability as a strategic priority, with four focus areas covering the organisation, new investments, construction and property development, and property management. In 2008, the company digitised incoming mail and invoice flows in the Netherlands, introduced a company car arrangement encouraging environmentally friendly choices, and applied mandatory sustainable investment procedures to new investments. It also subscribed to the UN Global Compact's 10 principles and centrally procured green energy for its Dutch portfolio.
