Overview

The report closes out Western Health's 2020–2025 Sustainability Plan, with most of its 21 deliverables completed. It reports a 9% decrease in mains water consumption, new solar installations, and 637 kWh/year of total solar generation. A food-waste collection program at Sunshine diverted nearly 2 tonnes from landfill. For 2024–25, reported Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 emissions were 8,751, 27,725, and 7,205 tonnes CO2e, respectively.
