The report presents Westlake's 2024 sustainability performance, including achievement of its 20% Scope 1 and Scope 2 intensity-reduction goal from a 2016 baseline. It reports 15,543 permanent employees, 7,570,904 metric tons CO2e of Scope 1 emissions, 2,752,420 metric tons CO2e of Scope 2 emissions, 182,315,889 GJ of total energy, 72,775 thousand cubic meters of water consumed, and 249,212 metric tons of total waste.
