The report shows WHART's 2025 focus on stable operating performance and sustainable long-term returns. The portfolio comprised 37 properties and 1,935,640 square metres of net leasable area, with average FY25 occupancy of 87.15%. Total income was 3,507,809,390 Baht and increased net assets from operations was 2,349,805,734 Baht. The Trust participated in GRESB and reported social, environmental, and ethical initiatives, including LEED v4.1 BD+C certification for a warehouse and distribution center asset.
