Overview

The report describes WTW's first double materiality assessment and a 2024 sustainability strategy spanning environmental, people and community, and governance efforts. It reports 2024 operational emissions of 349,219 mtCO2e and 31% renewable electricity, while noting SBTi validation of near-term and long-term targets. On the people side, colleagues completed over 409,000 training hours, and women represented 40% of directors and 55.2% of the global workforce.
