Overview

The report describes FY2025 sustainability activities across Willowglen's Malaysia and Singapore operations, covering the holding company and subsidiaries while excluding outsourced activities and associates or joint ventures outside the Group's management control. It reports Scope 1, Scope 2 and Scope 3 emissions of 156.15, 411.27 and 656.58 tCO2e respectively, together with 8.69 t of waste generated. The report also describes a materiality assessment and states that the Board has overall responsibility for sustainability matters. The Sustainability Statement was not subjected to external assurance.
