Overview

The report describes a sustainability governance structure in which the Board oversees sustainability strategy and a Sustainability Committee supports oversight. It identifies seven material ESG issues through a three-step materiality assessment and aligns its strategy with SDGs 3, 4, 7, 8, 11, 12 and 13. For the reporting period, the Group reported Scope 1 emissions of 0.00 and Scope 2 emissions of 98.11 Tonnes of CO2e, total energy consumption of 148.65 '000 kWh, and zero work-related fatalities or injuries over the three years ended 30 June 2024.
