Overview

The report describes Winvic's 2023 sustainability progress through a 6% reduction in normalised Scope 1 and Scope 2 carbon emissions, 97% waste diversion from landfill, 52,754 employee training hours and 16 completed Net Zero projects. It also sets forward targets for decarbonisation, renewable energy, circular materials, biodiversity, workforce wellbeing and community impact. Governance is assigned to a Sustainability Leadership Team working with the Board and pillar working groups.
