Overview

The report describes Worley's FY2021 sustainability performance across decarbonization, resource stewardship, people and responsible business. It reports 218,539 MWh of energy use and Scope 1 and 2 emissions, while setting a 50% Scope 1 and 2 reduction target by 2025 and net-zero Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 2030. The company reports a Board made up of 33% women and no workplace fatalities during the year. Ernst & Young provided limited assurance over selected diversity and safety metrics.
