Overview

The report describes WuXi XDC's 2024 ESG program across governance, social contribution, people and environmental sustainability. It reports a workforce of 2,041 employees, 53% female employees and a 69% reduction in Scope 1 and Scope 2 GHG emissions intensity from the 2021 baseline.
