Overview

The report expands quantitative ESG reporting to all operating subsidiaries globally, covering 30 facilities and establishing a company-wide baseline. It reports 2021 Scope 1 emissions of 3,337 tCO2e and location-based Scope 2 emissions of 1,333 tCO2e, while Scope 3 emissions were not yet measured. The workforce reached 589 employees, and women represented 33% of the nine-member board. Governance developments included a formal management-level ESG Committee and board-level environmental and corporate social responsibility oversight, although the ESG report was not externally assured.
