Overview

The report describes XEBIO Group's five materialities and a sustainability governance structure in which the holding company's board receives regular reports from the Sustainability Committee and manages and monitors sustainability matters. It reports a target to reduce business-activity CO2 emissions by about 46% from 2018 levels by 2030 and achieve net zero by 2050; FY2023 Scope 1 and 2 emissions were reported as reduced by 37% from the baseline. The report also records 895 stores excluding franchises as of March 31, 2024.
