Overview

The report describes a Board-led ESG governance structure, with an ESG Working Group established under the Board and annual Board review. For FY2022, the Group reported Scope 1 emissions of 1,114.4 Tonnes of CO2 equivalent, Scope 2 emissions of 74,787.2 Tonnes of CO2 equivalent and Scope 3 emissions of 69.7 Tonnes of CO2 equivalent. The year-end workforce comprised 6,059 full-time employees.
