Overview

The report covers the Group's 2025 Hong Kong restaurant operations and excludes the relatively small mainland new business from ESG reporting. It reports 3,380 MWh of total energy consumption and 2,625 tCO2e of total Scope 1+2+3 emissions, including Scope 3 Categories 1, 2, 5 and 6. The ESG-scope workforce disclosure records 132 employees, while the broader Group report states 144 employees at year-end. The report also establishes 2%, 5% and 10% intensity-reduction targets over short-, medium-, and long-term horizons.
