Overview

The report is the Group’s first ESG report, covering 1 January to 31 December 2019 and its three main business lines. The company reports 1,343 employees, a 0.94% average employee turnover rate, and zero work-related fatalities. Environmental disclosures include 44.14 Tonnes CO2 of Scope 1 emissions, 8,934.73 Tonnes CO2 of Scope 2 emissions, and 30,888.00 Tonnes of water consumption, while electricity consumption fell 5% from 2018. The report also documents early-2020 COVID-19 prevention actions, including distributing 35,000 masks to property owners and donating 10,000 to industry peers.
