Overview

The report is XtalPi's first ESG report, covering the Group and its subsidiaries from 1 January to 31 December 2024. It describes Board-led ESG governance and a materiality process that identified 21 issues, including seven highly material issues. Reported performance includes 6,625.51 tCO2e of Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions, 1,488.55 tce of total energy consumption, 809 employees and zero work-related fatalities. The report also documents ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 27001 certifications.
