Overview

The report describes Yeahka's 2022 ESG governance and performance across its technology-based payment and merchant-services businesses. The Board assumes full responsibility for ESG strategy and reporting, supported by an ESG Committee and working group, while the report also describes a stakeholder-based materiality assessment. Yeahka reported 1,299 employees at year-end and no work-related fatalities in the past three years. Environmental KPIs included 5.80 tCO2e of Scope 1 emissions, 581.52 tCO2e of Scope 2 emissions, 742.02 mWh of total energy consumption and 813.17 m3 of water consumption.
