Overview

The report presents Yihai's seventh consecutive ESG disclosure for 2022 and describes Board oversight supported by an ESG Working Group. It reports 2026 environmental targets, including a 3% reduction in GHG emissions density, energy density and water consumption density against 2021. It also records 2,720 employees, zero work-related fatalities and one anti-corruption training session attended by all nine directors.
