Overview

The report covers the Group's 2025 sustainability approach and performance across its environmental, community, employee, supply-chain and customer activities. A distinctive development was the acquisition of a controlling stake in Sino-Hypro, a chemical vapour recovery and treatment company, strengthening the Group's environmental-technology capabilities. The report also sets a 2028 target to reduce gross Scope 1 and 2 emissions intensity by 38% from a 2022 baseline for the Shanghai coatings and Zhongshan inks plants. Workforce disclosures report 2,217 employees and one work-related fatality during the year under review.
