Overview

The report is China Youzan's fifth ESG report for 2020, prepared under the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's ESG Reporting Guide. It describes an ESG Task Force coordinated by the CEO and reporting regularly to the Board. The year-end disclosures cover 3,603 employees, 2,604,501.20 kWh of electricity consumption and 2,851.59 tonnes of CO2-equivalent Scope 1 and 2 emissions. The Group reported zero work-related fatalities and no corruption cases.
