Overview

The report is the Group's sixth ESG Report and covers the Shenzhen, Mainland China operation from 1st January to 31st December 2021, excluding operations considered insignificant to revenue and impacts. It presents a stakeholder materiality assessment that ranked data protection, customer service, climate change, employment and supplier chain management as the five most material topics. The report records 3.786 tonnes of carbon dioxide equivalent from Group operations during the Reporting Period.
