Overview

The report covers the year ended 31 December 2025 and describes the company’s moulding and plastic-components operations across the PRC, Mexico and Serbia. Group revenue rose to approximately RMB2,161,944,000, while profit attributable to shareholders reached approximately RMB101,404,000. The Group reported approximately 3,910 staff and continued overseas expansion through production lines in Mexico and Serbia. Its subsidiary Yusei Tech also reported ISO certifications and CMMI Level 3 software-development maturity certification.
