Responsibility Report

Overview

The report presents Żabka Group's 2022 responsibility strategy and progress across climate, circularity, workforce and governance. It reports SBTi-validated decarbonisation targets, TCFD reporting, GRI and SASB disclosures, and limited independent assurance over selected indicators. Operational disclosures include 2,573 employees, 71,114 MWh of organisational energy consumption, 17,969 tCO2e of Scope 1 emissions, 17,657 tCO2e of location-based Scope 2 emissions and 2,272,735 tCO2e of Scope 3 emissions. The report also highlights 94% recyclable or recycled own-brand packaging and progress toward a 25% Scope 1 and 2 reduction by 2026.
