The report presents Żabka Group's 2023 responsibility performance across sustainable lifestyle, mindful business impact, responsible organisation, and green planet. It reports a 28.8% reduction in total Scope 1 and 2 emissions against the 2020 baseline, with 17,282 tCO2e disclosed for the year. The organisation reports 2,600 employees at year-end and continued initiatives on equal pay, ethics, cybersecurity training, and employee engagement.
