Responsibility Report

Overview

The report describes Żabka's pandemic response, including nearly PLN 17 million in 2020 donations and extensive support for employees, customers and franchisees. It reports the company's first carbon-footprint calculation across the entire value chain, including 13,261 tCO2e of direct emissions and 2,458,630 tCO2e of indirect downstream and upstream emissions. The company set a climate-neutrality goal for Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 2025 and joined the Science Based Targets initiative. The 2020 Responsibility Report was also subject to an independent limited assurance engagement by EY.
