For 2016, the company reports 11,998 employees, a total carbon footprint of 184,318 metric tons of CO2, and total energy consumption of 57,342 MWh. It also describes a 34% renewable share in electricity sourcing, a 16,505-tonne waste total, and the rollout of sustainable-product features and supplier programs.
