Overview

The report presents Zalando's 2020 sustainability progress across Planet, Products and People. It reports a 64% reduction in own-operations Scope 1 and 2 emissions from 2017, 100% renewable electricity, and SBTi-approved targets including an 80% reduction by 2025. Scope 3 emissions were 4,526,112 metric tons, while 14,194 employees were reported and 1,355 people received skilling training. The company also highlights 16% of GMV from more sustainable products and 25,167 metric tons of operational waste.
