Overview

The report covers the Group's ESG performance for 2025, with reporting scope expanded to CIC and Zall International Commerce. The Board is responsible for leading and monitoring ESG matters. Total greenhouse gas emissions were 328 tCO2e, and the Group set a 3% absolute Scope 1 and Scope 2 reduction target by 2026 from a 2022 base year. The Group reported 1,381 employees, zero work-related deaths and two work-related injuries.
